Presentation Day 2022

Soccer Clubs in our district have faced some obstacles these past few years. Covid forced the cancellation of games during seasons 2020-21, and this season witnessed wet further cancellations due to wet weather- creating a logistics nightmare for all involved.

However, what this year has highlighted is how volunteering is the fundamental core in keeping our clubs functioning during unprecedented times. It was especially tough on our club given the constant rain and flooding of our grounds and clubhouse, not once - but twice!

We would like to thank our committee members who volunteered their time throughout the year. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, our Committee members persisted with registrations, ground marshall duties, taking care of apparel and functions/photos, canteen stock and BDAFA meetings and dealing with (last minute) changing schedules.

Thanks goes toward all the club members who volunteer their time to help set up fields/running of the canteen; coaches and managers dedicating their time to train and manage teams throughout the year; and BDAFA members who cooperated with us trying to manage the game changes each week.
